Subscriptions

When purchasing a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries according to the frequency and duration selected.

Payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless prepaid in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel prior to the next billing date.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item not currently in stock or soon to be available.

At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method to charge the full or remaining balance when the product is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our [Refund & Return Policy].
Try Before You Buy

Your payment method will be authorized prior to delivery but not charged immediately.
