Política de reembolso

GAROFANO – Refund & Return Policy

At GAROFANO we work with perishable products (fresh flowers and custom arrangements), therefore we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at garofanobouquets@gmail.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit for future purchases.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Floral arrangements successfully delivered to the provided address.
• Orders where no one was available to receive the delivery (see Delivery Policy).
• Customized products or special orders made upon request.
• Gift cards or discounted items.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order or subscription, you must do so at least 15 days before the next billing or scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made outside this period cannot be refunded.

Refunds

In approved cases (such as damaged or incorrect deliveries), refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
