📍 Where We Deliver

We currently offer hand delivery exclusively within the following areas:

• Miami-Dade County

• City of Doral

• Miami Beach

• Broward County

Deliveries outside these areas are not available at this time.

⏰ Delivery Schedule

• Orders are typically fulfilled within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

• For weddings, events, or workshops, we recommend booking at least 5 days in advance to ensure coordination and availability.

• Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, during standard business hours. While exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, we do our best to honor preferred time windows.

🛎 Delivery Details

• If no one is available to receive the order, arrangements may be left at the doorstep, with building staff, or in another safe, designated area (unless otherwise specified by the client).

• GAROFANO is not responsible for flowers left unattended, delivered to incorrect addresses, or mishandled after delivery.

• Floral selection may vary due to seasonal availability. We will always maintain the intended style, palette, and quality, replacing stems with beautiful alternatives when needed.

• Upon request, a photo of the final arrangement can be sent before delivery.

• For subscription deliveries, customers may pause, skip, or cancel only if notified at least 15 days before the next billing date (see [Subscription Policy]).

• Wedding or corporate event deliveries will be coordinated directly with our team for personalized timing and logistics.
